Augalininkystės, sodininkystės ir daržininkystės ūkius turintys, konsultantai ir kiti žemės ūkio sektoriaus dalyviai turės dar daugiau galimybių nemokamai naudotis elektroninėmis paslaugomis – modernizuojama integruota augalų apsaugos informavimo, konsultavimo ir mokymų sistema (IKMIS).
Žemės ūkio ministerija (ŽŪM) kartu su VšĮ Lietuvos žemės ūkio konsultavimo tarnyba ir Valstybine augalininkystės tarnyba prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos su VšĮ Centrine projektų valdymo agentūra pasirašė sutartį ir drauge įgyvendina projektą „Informavimo, konsultavimo ir mokymų elektroninių paslaugų vykdant integruotą augalų apsaugą teikiamų paslaugų modernizavimas ir plėtra“.
Šiuo projektu, kuris bus įgyvendinamas iki 2026 m. balandžio 30 d., siekiama didinti kenksmingų organizmų plitimo prognozavimo ir modeliavimo duomenų tikslumą, patikimumą ir aktualumą visoje šalies teritorijoje, automatizuojant vartotojų perspėjimo sistemą, realizuojant naujus funkcionalumus ir techninius sprendimus.
Projekto uždaviniai ir veiklos:
- įsigyti ir integruoti papildomas stotis į IKMIS esamo stočių tinklą su kenksmingųjų organizmų plitimo prognozavimo ir modeliavimo įranga;
- automatizuoti erdvinių duomenų perdavimą į IKMIS;
- sukurti dirvožemio monitoringo duomenų bazę, integruoti ją į IKMIS sistemą;
- atnaujinti ir išplėsti IKMIS pateikiamą informaciją apie augalų apsaugos produktų (toliau – AAP) naudojimą; integruoti naujus duomenis apie augalų ligų židinius, augalų veisles;
- realizuoti galimybę IKMIS naudotojams užsisakyti ir gauti automatinius perspėjimo pranešimus apie atsiradusią kenksmingųjų organizmų plitimo riziką;
- pagal teisės aktų reikalavimus pertvarkyti ir atnaujinti integruotos kenksmingųjų organizmų kontrolės (toliau – IKOK) principų dalis;
- įdiegti kitas kibernetinį saugumą užtikrinančias priemones.
Numatomi projekto rezultatai:
- Modernizuotas, išplėstas ir sutankintas IKMIS stočių tinklas.
- Integruoti erdviniai duomenys, automatizuojant jų perdavimą, specifinėms situacijoms laukuose identifikuoti naudojami bepiločiai orlaiviai, kuriais gauta informacija, bus papildomi iš palydovų gauti duomenys.
- Sukurta dirvožemio monitoringo duomenų bazė.
- Atnaujinta ir išplėsta IKMIS pateikiama informacija apie AAP naudojimą ir rekomendacijas, integruojami nauji duomenys apie augalų ligų židinius, augalų veisles.
- Sukurta automatinė vartotojų perspėjimo sistema apie kenksmingųjų organizmų plitimo riziką.
- Pertvarkyta ir atnaujinta IKOK principų dalis.
- Įdiegtos kibernetinį saugumą užtikrinančios priemonės.

Projektas finansuojamas Ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo priemonės bei Lietuvos Respublikos biudžeto lėšomis.
