Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė susitiko su atstovais įmonių, kurios savo iniciatyva pritaikė aplinką ir paslaugas žmonėms su negalia, pagyvenusiems, turintiems sveikatos ar fizinių sunkumų.
„Džiaugiuosi ir didžiuojuosi Lietuvos verslais, kurie keičiasi, deda pastangas ir tampa patraukliais, prieinamais visiems žmonėms. Džiaugiuosi tais, kurie ne tik kviečia taip elgtis kitus, bet pirmiausia pradeda nuo savęs. Jūsų pavyzdys įkvepia ir motyvuoja kitus. Tam, kad žmonės su negalia turėtų lygias galimybes su visais dalyvauti tiek švietime, tiek darbo rinkoje, tiek bendruomeniniame ir kultūriniame gyvenime, neužtenka vien teisės aktų pokyčių, kurie yra atlikti. Reikia keisti ir visuomenės nuostatas, mažinti stereotipus ką jūs savo įtraukiais sprendimais ir darote. Esame gerame kelyje, kad Lietuva būtų vienodų galimybių šalimi visiems žmonėms, – sako ministrė M. Navickienė.
Praeitą savaitę ministrė M. Navickienė lankėsi prekybos centre „Ozas“, kuriančiame draugišką aplinką nematomą negalią turintiems žmonėms. Autistiškiems žmonėms pailsėti skirta atskira erdvė su specialiomis nusiraminti padedančiomis priemonėmis. Taip pat susitiko su bendrovių „Atea“ ir „Topocentras“ atstovais, įgyvendinusiais kurtiesiems pritaikytą nuotolinę sinchroninio vertimo į gestų kalbą paslaugą.
Vakar ministrė susitiko su telekomunikacijų bendrovės „Telia“ atstovais. Ši bendrovė visuomenės dėmesį atkreipė į regos negalią turinčius žmones ir pakvietė prisidėti prie įtrauktį Lietuvoje didinančių iniciatyvų. Taip pat apsilankė skaitmeninių paslaugų bendrovėje „Bitė Lietuva“, kuri, bendradarbiaudama su Lietuvos kurčiųjų draugija, sukūrė specialų autoatsakiklį, skirtą klausos negalią turinčiai bendruomenei. Kurtieji ir neprigirdintys dažnai susiduria su situacija, kai, skambant telefonui, negali atsiliepti, nes negirdi arba tuo metu yra triukšmingoje aplinkoje ir negali kalbėti telefonu. Be to, „Bitė Lietuva“ pritaiko savo salonus ir fizinę negalią turintiems asmenims.
Siekiant visapusiškai pritaikyti aplinką žmonėms su negalia, pagyvenusiems ir kitiems sveikatos ar fizinių sunkumų turintiems asmenims, į Lietuvos teisę 2022 m. perkelta ES Prieinamumo direktyva. Ji numato pareigą tiek viešajam sektoriui, tiek verslui gerinti prieigą prie pagrindinių gaminių ir paslaugų, kad visi visuomenės nariai būtų savarankiškesni ir galėtų visapusiškai bei veiksmingai dalyvauti visuomenėje lygiomis sąlygomis su kitais asmenimis. Pokyčiam numatytas pereinamasis laikotarpis.
Įstatymo nuostatos pradės veikti 2025 m. birželio 28 d., bet viešasis sektorius ir verslai nelaukia – pokyčius daro jau dabar, o kai kurie rodo išskirtinį dėmesį žmonėms su negalia ir kuria papildomas inovatyvias priemones jų gyvenimo kokybei gerinti.
