Šiandien Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerijoje su mokslo ir studijų institucijų, verslo ir investuotojų atstovais aptartos glaudesnio mokslo, verslo ir viešojo sektoriaus bendradarbiavimo galimybės.
Renginio dalyviai diskutavo, kaip mokslas ir verslas kartu galėtų efektyviau komercinti mokslo žinias, jas pritaikyti valstybės ir visuomenės poreikiams, kaip prie to galėtų prisidėti valstybė.
Pasak švietimo, mokslo ir sporto viceministro Justo Nugaro, visų pusių bendradarbiavimas prisideda prie spartesnės ekonomikos transformacijos.
„Ypač noriu pasidžiaugti, kad bendrų mokslo ir verslo atstovų pastangų dėka Lietuvai geriau sekasi dalyvauti ES mokslinių tyrimų programoje „Europos horizontas“. Per pusę programos įgyvendinimo laikotarpio jau pritraukėme 110 mln. eurų lėšų, o tai didesnė suma, nei gauta per visą ankstesnės panašaus pobūdžio ES programos laikotarpį“, – renginio metu sakė J. Nugaras.
Panevėžio prekybos, pramonės ir amatų rūmų prezidentas Sigitas Gailiūnas pabrėžė, kad mokslas, verslas ir viešasis sektorius turėtų būti neatsiejami. „Nuo to, koks yra švietimas, priklauso, kas toliau dirba versle. Švietimas yra viena svarbiausių sferų, kuriai turėtų būti skiriamas didžiausias dėmesys, kalbant ne tik apie aukštąjį mokslą, profesinį mokymą, bet ir ugdymą nuo mokyklos suolo“, – sakė S. Gailiūnas.
„Mokslas yra žinių fondas, per jas ateina ir technologijų vystymasis, o verslas geriau žino, kur tas technologijas panaudoti. Bendradarbiavimas tam ir yra reikalingas, kad būtų kuriama pažanga, visuomenės gerovė. Turime vystyti mokslo naujoves ir kartu su verslu ieškoti, kas tai galėtų įgyvendinti“, – atkreipia dėmesį IBM Lietuva vadovė Rima Valentukevičienė.
Lietuvoje, palyginus su ES, dvigubai sparčiau auga mokslo ir inovacijų sektorius: nuo 2016 m. iki 2023 m. Lietuvos mokslo ir inovacijų indeksas paaugo 17 proc. punktų, tuo metu ES augimo vidurkis – 8,5 proc. punktai.
Valstybės finansavimas moksliniams tyrimams ir eksperimentinei plėtrai per trejus metus padidėjo tris kartus, šiemet jis siekia iš viso 346 mln. eurų.
