Buvo aptarti visi iškelti reikalavimai. Profsąjungas tenkintų dauguma iš 20 reikalavimų, jei būtų sutarta dėl klausimų, susijusių su finansais.
Dėl klasių mažinimo. Aptartas kompromisinis variantas, kad nuo 2024 m. nebefinansuojamos per didelės klasės, mažesnes klases formuoja galinčios tai daryti savivaldybės. Būtų numatomos datos, nuo kada konkrečiai ir kiek mažinamas vaikų skaičius klasėse prieš tai aptarus realias galimybes su savivaldybėmis, ypač Vilniaus miesto, kurioje per didelių klasių problema pati didžiausia. Pažymėta, kad dėl šio punkto galima tartis toliau.
Etato dydis. Profesinė sąjunga siūlė etatą formuoti iš mažesnio kontaktinių valandų (pamokų) skaičiaus negu dabar – 20 savaitines valandas vietoje 24 val. Aptarta galimybė nustatyti, kad jei mokytojas turi 24 kontaktines valandas, jam mokykla turi suformuoti pilną etatą. Prie šio klausimo dar būtų grįžta per kitą derybų susitikimą, įsivertinus finansines galimybes.
Dėl darbo užmokesčio nerasta bendro sutarimo. Pedagogų atlyginimai kitąmet bus didinami maksimaliai kiek leidžia finansinės valstybės galimybės – 21 proc.
