Žemės ūkio ministerijoje lankėsi politikų ir verslo delegacija iš Sakartvelo, kuri domėjosi Lietuvos patirtimi plečiant ir skatinant kooperaciją. Sakartvelas dalyvauja FinExCoop organizuojamoje kooperacijos plėtros programoje bei domisi kooperacijos situacija Lietuvoje.
Žemės ūkio viceministras Vytautas Abukauskas pabrėžė Lietuvos ir Sakartvelo bendradarbiavimo stiprinimo svarbą, pasidalijo mintimis apie kooperacijos svarbą ir iššūkius.
Lietuvoje vyrauja smulkūs ūkiai, todėl kooperacija yra ypač svarbi. Kooperacijos plėtros procese susiduriama su iššūkiais, pavyzdžiui, trūksta lyderių, juk kooperatyvams labai svarbus profesionalus vadovas, kuris galėtų ne tik atlikti savo tiesioginę funkciją, bet ir pritrauktų bei vienytų narius.
Žemės ūkio ministerijos (ŽŪM) specialistai kolegoms pristatė Lietuvos kooperacijos istoriją, supažindino su kooperatyvų teisine sistema bei dabartine kooperacijos situacija. Svečiams taip pat buvo pristatytos Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023-2027 m. strateginiame plane įtvirtintos galimybės kooperatyvams gauti paramą investicijoms (intervencinėse priemonėse „Investicijos į žemės ūkio valdas“, „Smulkių-vidutinių ūkių plėtra“ bei „Labai smulkių ūkių plėtra“).
Delegacijos iš Sakartvelo atstovai palankiai atsiliepė apie spartų Lietuvos progresą kooperacijos srityje, stebėjosi šia tema atliekamų mokslinių tyrimų skaičiumi bei palankia ir lanksčia teisine baze. Išsakytas pasiūlymas apsvarstyti kooperatyvų lyderių rengimą bendradarbiaujant su Prancūzija bei Sakartvelu.
Pasak delegacijos atstovų, Lietuva yra sektinas pavyzdys rengiant kooperatyvų veiklą reglamentuojančius teisės aktus. Pabrėžtas Lietuvos progresas nuo nepriklausomybės atgavimo.
Sakartvelo delegacija Lietuvoje lankosi kartu su Frankfurto finansų ir vadybos aukštosios mokyklos atstovais, kurie rengė 5 m. planą Sakartvelo kooperacijai skatinti. Projekto vykdytojai lankėsi Prancūzijoje ir Belgijoje, o šiame projekto etape lankosi Lietuvoje, kurią pasirinko dėl panašios žemės ūkio patirties, kaip ir Sakartvele.
Delegacijos narius domina įvairių tipų sėkmingi ir tvarūs žemės ūkio kooperatyvai Lietuvoje, jie susitiko ne tik su ŽŪM specialistais, bet ir kitomis suinteresuotomis šalimis, susijusiomis su žemės ūkio ir kooperatyvų plėtra Lietuvoje.
Siekiama plėtros ir augimo
2022 m. ŽŪM pripažino 32 žemės ūkio kooperatyvus, 2021 m. – 26 kooperatyvus, 2020 m. – 27, o 2019 m. – 28.
Šiuo metu pripažinto kooperatyvo statusą turinčių kooperatyvų skaičius pagal sektorius:
- Augalininkystė – 35;
- Pienininkystė – 9;
- Vaisiai ir daržovės – 6;
- Mišrus ūkis – 5;
- Gyvulininkystė – 3;
- Paukštininkystė – 1.
ŽŪM siekia, kad įvairių sričių kooperatyvų ne tik daugėtų, labai svarbus ir jų didėjimas. Lietuvoje kooperatyvai turi galimybę gauti ES paramą, o tai skatina plėtrą. Šiuo metu ypatingas dėmesys skiriamas didesniam pridėtinės vertės kūrimui ūkiuose per perdirbimą, trumpąsias tiekimo grandines ir kitas iniciatyvas.
