Prasidėjus naujiems mokslo metams, Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerija (SADM) primena, kad aukštojoje mokykloje studijuojantys studentai su vidutine ir sunkia negalia turi teisę gauti finansinę pagalbą. Studentams iki rugsėjo 10 d. reikėtų kreiptis į aukštąją mokyklą, kurioje studijuoja.
Studentams, kurie studijuoja aukštojoje mokykloje, ir kuriems yra nustatytas 45 proc. ar mažesnis dalyvumo lygis (iki 2023 m. gruodžio 31 d. – darbingumo lygis), taip pat sunkaus ar vidutinio neįgalumo lygis, priklauso finansinė pagalba. Kas mėnesį jiems mokama išmoka individualiesiems poreikiams tenkinti, iš dalies kompensuojamos studijų išlaidos (jei studentas studijuoja mokamoje vietoje) ir kas mėnesį mokama išmoka studijų prieinamumui didinti.
Skiriamos šios finansinės pagalbos priemonės:
• išmoka individualiesiems poreikiams tenkinti (50 proc. bazinės socialinio draudimo pensijos dydžio) kas mėnesį – 134,89 eurai;
• studijų išlaidoms iš dalies kompensuoti (3,2 BSI dydžio) per semestrą –176 eurai.
Išmokos mokamos nepaisant kitų studento gaunamų pajamų.
Studentas su negalia gali kreiptis dėl šios išmokos, jei:
• jam nustatytas 45 procentų ar mažesnis dalyvumo lygis (iki 2023 m. gruodžio 31 d. – darbingumo lygis) arba sunkaus ar vidutinio neįgalumo lygis;
• po negalios nustatymo aukštojoje mokykloje studijuoja pirmą kartą, t. y. nebaigę atitinkamos pakopos studijų:
pagal pirmosios pakopos (siekia įgyti profesinio bakalauro arba bakalauro kvalifikacinį laipsnį) studijų programą arba pagal vientisųjų studijų programą;
pagal antrosios pakopos (magistrantūros) studijų programą;
pagal profesinių studijų programą;
pagal trečiosios pakopos (doktorantūros) studijų programą;
pagal trumpųjų studijų programą.
Studentas su negalia, norintis gauti finansinės pagalbos priemones, nuo einamųjų metų rugsėjo 1 d. iki rugsėjo 10 d. turi kreiptis į aukštąją mokyklą ir pateikti prašymą suteikti finansinės pagalbos priemones bei kitus dokumentus.
