Grupinio gyvenimo namai Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė dalyvavo naujai pastatytų grupinio gyvenimo namų Švenčionyse atidaryme. Nijolės Genytės socialinės globos namų ES lėšomis pastatytuose grupinio gyvenimo namuose nuo spalio mėnesio gyvena 10 žmonių su intelekto ar psichosocialine negalia. Iš viso Lietuvoje jau veikia 53 grupinio gyvenimo namai, kuriuose gyvena 462 asmenys.
Ministrės M. Navickienės teigimu, grupinių gyvenimo namų kūrimas – vienas svarbiausių institucinės globos pertvarkos žingsnių, garantuojančių ne tik žmonių su negalia teisių užtikrinimą, bet ir gyvenimo kokybės bei įtraukties sėkmę.
„Žmonių su negalia institucinės globos pertvarkos tikslas – atsisakyti žmogaus teises ir laisves pažeidžiančių didelių globos namų ir suteikti galimybę intelekto ar psichosocialinę negalią turintiems žmonėms gyventi bendruomenėje, būti jos dalimi, gauti reikalingas paslaugas, tapti savarankiškais. Grupinio gyvenimo namai būtent ir suteikia šias galimybes“, – pabrėžia socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė Monika Navickienė.
N. Genytės socialinės globos namai yra vienintelė vaikų ir jaunimo bei suaugusių žmonių su negalia pertvarkoma įstaiga Vilniaus regione, kuri dalyvauja institucinės globos pertvarkos procese Vilniaus regiono mastu.
N. Genytės socialinės globos namai įgyvendino projektą „Bendruomeninių apgyvendinimo paslaugų asmenims su proto ar psichikos negalia plėtra Švenčionių mieste“, finansuojamą ES lėšomis ir Švenčionyse pastatė grupinio gyvenimo namus, kuriuose nuo spalio mėnesio pradžios gyvena 10 žmonių su intelekto ar psichosocialine negalia. Grupinio gyvenimo namų statyba ir įrengimas kainavo 794 tūkst. eurų ES ir valstybės biudžeto lėšų.
N. Genytės socialinės globos namai jau turi 2 veikiančius grupinio gyvenimo namus, kuriuose gyvena 14 suaugusių žmonių su negalia ir 1 bendruomeninius vaikų globos namus vaikams su negalia.
Per vizitą Švenčionių rajone ministrė M. Navickienė taip pat aplankė savivaldybės Švenčionėliuose įkurtus bendruomeninius vaikų globos namus, veiklą pradėjusius rugsėjo mėnesį. Juose gyvena 8 vaikai, netekę tėvų globos. Bendruomeninių vaikų globos namų Švenčionėliuose statyboms ir įrengimui išleista 310 tūkst. eurų ES lėšų.
Žmonių su negalia institucinės globos pertvarkos procesas apima alternatyvių bendruomeninių paslaugų plėtrą. Negalią turintiems žmonėms atsiveria galimybė gyventi bendruomenėje, gauti joje pagalbą, atliepiančią jų asmeninius poreikius, taip pat įsitraukti į bendruomeninį gyvenimą. Dar vienas didelis privalumas – gyvenant bendruomenėse, ugdomas žmonių su negalia savarankiškumas.
Viena iš šio proceso krypčių – su apgyvendinimu susijusių paslaugų plėtra, kuri apima individualių paslaugų teikimą apsaugotame būste, savarankiško ir grupinio gyvenimo namuose. Kita kryptis apima paslaugų plėtrą, susijusią su asmenų savarankiškumo įgūdžių ugdymu ir kasdienių poreikių tenkinimu teikiant asmeninės pagalbos – asmeninio asistento, pagalbos priimant sprendimus, įdarbinimo su pagalba, socialinių dirbtuvių paslaugas.
