Visuomenei ir suinteresuotoms institucijoms pateikti derinti įsakymo „Daugiamečių ganyklų arba pievų atkūrimo tvarkos aprašas“ pakeitimai. Tikimasi, kad šios Žemės ūkio ministerijos parengtos pataisos suteiks daugiau galimybių ūkininkams įgyvendinti jiems paskirtą daugiamečių pievų atkūrimo prievolę.
Įsakymas papildomas pasėlių klasifikatoriaus kodais, kuriais galima deklaruoti atkuriamas daugiametes pievas. Taip pat patikslinama, kad daugiametes pievas galima atkurti ir tuose plotuose, kurie pastaruosius penkerius metus iš eilės buvo deklaruojami kodu GPŽ (ganyklų plotai).
Pasiūlymų dėl šių Žemės ūkio ministerijos parengto įsakymo pakeitimų laukiama Teisės aktų informacinėje sistemoje (TAIS) iki 2024 m. sausio 29 d. Projektą rasitečia.
