Ministras padėkojo ambasadoriui už jo asmeninį indėlį puoselėjant ir stiprinant dvišalį bendradarbiavimą tarp Lietuvos ir Čekijos. „Galima tik pasidžiaugti puikiais santykiais, siejančiais mūsų šalis“, – sakė G. Landsbergis.
Susitikime aptartos NATO viršūnių susitikimo Vilniuje, regiono saugumo, paramos Ukrainai, bendradarbiavimo su Indijos ir Ramiojo vandenynų regiono šalimis temos. Ministras, kalbėdamas apie paramą Ukrainai, akcentavo grūdų gabenimo iš Ukrainos per Lenkiją į Baltijos šalių uostus svarbą. Pasak G. Landsbergio, Lietuva yra pateikusi pasiūlymą Europos Komisijai stiprinti transporto maršrutą tarp Ukrainos ir Baltijos šalių, siekiant užtikrinti alternatyvų kelią ukrainietiškų grūdų išvežimui.
Čekijos ambasadorius V. Korselt Lietuvoje dirbo nuo 2018 metų spalio 15 d.
