Jau nuo 2024-ųjų metų sausio 2 d. Lietuvos žemdirbiai bus kviečiami teikti paraiškas paramai gauti pagal Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano intervencines priemones. Žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas patvirtino paraiškų priėmimo grafiką.
Pirmieji paraiškas galės teikti siekiantys gauti paramą investicijoms į žemės ūkio produktų perdirbimą, ir konsultavimo paslaugoms gauti, taip pat bus priimami Europos inovacijų partnerystės (EIP) žemės ūkio našumo ir tvarumo srityje projektų įgyvendinimo planai – minėti kvietimai startuos sausio 2 d.
Visą sausio mėnesį vyksiantys kvietimai teikti paraiškas aktualūs ir bitininkams – jie galės teikti paraiškas pagal šias veiklas:
- Švietimas, mokymas ir techninė parama;
- Bičių šeimų atnaujinimas, bitininkavimo inventoriaus įsigijimas, bičių ligų prevencija;
- Moksliniai tyrimai bitininkystės sektoriuje;
- Bitininkystės sektoriaus populiarinimas ir rinkos stebėsena;
- Medaus ir kitų bičių produktų tyrimai.
Nuo kovo mėnesio startuos kvietimai teikti paraiškas paramai gauti tvarioms investicijos į žemės ūkio valdas, taip pat investicijoms į melioracijos sistemas bei į prevencinę veiklą, kuria bus siekiama sumažinti galimų gaivalinių nelaimių, nepalankių klimato reiškinių ir katastrofinių įvykių padarinius.
Norintys teikti paraiškas pagal intervencinę priemonę „Pasėlių ir augalų draudimo įmokų kompensavimas“ bus kviečiami tai daryti du kartus – kovo-birželio ir rugsėjo-gruodžio mėnesiais.
Kovo mėnesio viduryje taip pat prasidės Lietuvos kaimo tinklo narių paraiškų priėmimas gauti paramą renginių komunikacijos priemonėms įgyvendinti. Kitas 2024 m. Lietuvos kaimo tinklo nariams skirtas paraiškų priėmimas startuos rugsėjo mėnesį.
Birželio mėnesį numatoma priimti paraiškas pagal intervencinę priemonę „Investicijos į vyno sektorių“, pagal kurią paramą galės gauti vyninių vynuogių veislių augintojai ir vyno iš jų gamintojai.
Paraiškos 2024 m. taip pat bus priimamos pagal šias intervencines priemones: „Mokymai ir įgūdžių įgijimas“, (rugsėjį-spalį) ir „Parodomieji projektai ir informavimo veikla“ (spalį-lapkritį), „Smulkių-vidutinių ūkių plėtra“ ir „Miško veisimas ir atkūrimas“ (rugsėjį-lapkritį).
Pagal intervencinę priemonę „Apsaugos priemonės nuo didžiųjų plėšrūnų daromos žalos“ paraiškos bus priimamoms lapkričio-gruodžio mėnesiais. Pagal šią intervencinę priemonę bus remiamas priemonių, kurios skirtos gyvuliams apsaugoti nuo vilkų (elektrinių aptvarų), arba apsaugos priemonių kartu su aviganiu (aviganiais) įsigijimas ir įsirengimas. 2024 m. paramą numatyta teikti 39 savivaldybėse (vietoje anksčiau numatytų 30).
Su visais 2024 metų kvietimais teikti paraiškas paramai pagal Lietuvos žemės ūkio ir kaimo plėtros 2023–2027 m. strateginio plano intervencines priemones gauti galite susipažinti čia.
