Didėjant vyresnių ir pagyvenusių gyventojų skaičiui, Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos (SAM) iniciatyva, Lietuvoje diegiamas ilgalaikės priežiūros paslaugų teikimo modelis. Įgyvendinant pokyčius siekiama, kad slaugos ir socialinės paslaugos pacientams taptų dar lengviau prieinamos.
„Nors kasmet ilgalaikės priežiūros paslaugų daugėja, dalies žmonių tos paslaugos vis dar nepasiekia. Matome būtinybę didinti paslaugų skaičių, priartinant jas prie žmogaus, nepaisant to, kurioje vietoje jis gyvena – mieste ar regione“, – sakė SAM Slaugos ir ilgalaikės priežiūros skyriaus patarėjas, Baltijos šalių paliatyviosios pagalbos asociacijos pirmininkas Marius Čiurlionis.
Jo teigimu, plečiant ilgalaikės priežiūros paslaugas, siekiama kuo ilgiau išlaikyti žmogų aktyvų, sudaryti jam sąlygas kuo ilgiau savarankiškai gyventi bendruomenėje, kiek įmanoma apsaugoti nuo ligos paūmėjimo ar esamų simptomų progresavimo.
Plečiasi namuose teikiamų paslaugų pasiūla, sveikatos priežiūra – ir dienos centruose
M. Čiurlionis pažymėjo, kad siekiama išplėtoti ilgalaikės priežiūros paslaugų tinklą, apimantį ne tik paslaugas sveikatos priežiūros įstaigose, bet ir namuose. Tokiu būdu pacientas didžiąją dalį paslaugų gali gauti neišeidamas iš namų, o į sveikatos priežiūros įstaigą gali kreiptis, kai jo sveikatos būklė reikalauja didesnių intervencijų ar stacionarinio gydymo.
„Ilgalaikės priežiūros paslaugų spektras yra labai platus – nuo sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų namuose iki socialinių paslaugų. Sveikatos paslaugos yra teikiamos ir ugdymo įstaigoje ar darbe. Žmonėms, turintiems didelių slaugos poreikių, dažniausiai vieno ar kelių vizitų į namus per savaitę neužtenka, paslaugų reikia kasdien, o kartais netgi kelis kartus per dieną“, – sakė jis.
SAM Slaugos ir ilgalaikės priežiūros skyriaus patarėjas pabrėžė, kad dienos centrus lankantiems gyventojams sveikatos priežiūros paslaugos gali būti teikiamos ir juose: „Dienos centre žmogus gali gauti slaugytojo, kineziterapeuto ir neseniai prie slaugos komandos prisijungusio ergoterapeuto paslaugas. Taip slaugos komandos, teikiančios sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas namuose, gali užtikrinti jų tęstinumą.“
M. Čiurlionio teigimu, nuo 2024-ųjų pokyčiai palies ir stacionarios ilgalaikės priežiūros paslaugas teikiančias įstaigas. „Siekiame investuoti į specializuotą demencija sergančių pacientų priežiūrą. Tam skiriamos Europos Sąjungos investicijos sustiprins savivaldybių infrastruktūrą, pritaikys ją demencija sergantiems žmonėms, bus plečiamos paliatyviosios priežiūros apimtys. Investicijos pasieks ir nepagydomomis ligomis sergančius pacientus – planuojama skirti kelis šimtus naujų papildomų lovų“, – kalbėjo jis.
Gerinama paciento ir jo artimųjų gyvenimo kokybė
VšĮ Šiaulių ilgalaikio gydymo ir geriatrijos centro direktorė Inga Tamosinaitė teigė, kad senstant visuomenei, ilgalaikio gydymo, slaugos, paliatyviosios pagalbos paslaugų reikės vis labiau. „Mūsų įstaigos teikiamų paslaugų poreikis – labai didelis. Todėl ilgalaikės priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumo didinimas yra labai svarbus“.
Pasak jos, centre teikiamos stacionarios palaikomojo gydymo ir slaugos paslaugos bet kurio amžiaus gyventojams, kuriems reikalinga nuolatinė sveikatos priežiūros specialistų priežiūra, kai yra aiški ligos diagnozė ir nereikalingas aktyvus gydymas, bet nepakanka ambulatorinių slaugos paslaugų namuose. Čia teikiamos visos palaikomojo gydymo ir slaugos paslaugos: bendroji, demencija sergančių ir vegetacinės būklės pacientų slauga. Taip pat ir stacionarinės paliatyviosios pagalbos paslaugos vaikams bei suaugusiems.
„SAM įgyvendinami pokyčiai padeda suteikti paslaugas didesniam skaičiui pacientų namuose, nelaukiant stacionarių palaikomojo gydymo ir slaugos paslaugų eilėje. Taip gerinama ne tik paciento, bet ir jo artimųjų gyvenimo kokybė“, – sakė I. Tamosinaitė.
