Turto bankas skelbia bendrovės „Šilutės veislininkystė“ valstybei priklausančio 96,50 proc. akcijų paketo viešą aukcioną. Tai pirmasis aukcionas, kuriame parduodamos šios įmonės akcijos. Pradinė akcijų pardavimo kaina yra 1,2 mln. eurų.
Bendrovė užsiima grynaveislių mėsinių galvijų vertinimu, mėsinių galvijų mišrūnų auginimu, veislinių bulių pardavimu. Taip pat turi leidimą vykdyti produktyvumo kontrolę, vertinant grynaveislių mėsinių veislių bulių palikuonis pagal penėjimosi ir mėsines savybes.
Įmonei nuosavybės teise priklauso sandėliavimo, gamybos ir fermų pastatų kompleksas Armalėnų kaime, Šilutės rajone. Kompleksas išsidėstęs iki 2040 m. išnuomotame 2,7042 ha ploto valstybinės žemės sklype. Valstybinės žemės sklypų nuomos pagrindais bendrovė taip pat valdo dar penkis žemės sklypus, esančius Šilutės r. sav. Žemės sklypų nuomos terminai iki 2025 ir 2038 m.
UAB „Šilutės veislininkystė“ parduodama už 1 206 707,53 eurų pradinę kainą. Dokumentų rinkinius (tiek elektroninius, tiek popierinius) galima įsigyti balandžio 17 – gegužės 16 dienomis. Dokumentų rinkinio pardavimo kaina – 145 eurai.
Potencialių pirkėjų vokų su paraiškomis dalyvauti aukcione registravimas vyks nuo gegužės 10 d. iki gegužės 17 d. 16 val., aukcionas – gegužės 18 d. 10 val. Laimėtoju bus pripažintas tas aukciono dalyvis, kuris pasiūlys didžiausią kainą už akcijas. Gautos lėšos bus pervestos į valstybės biudžetą.
Dokumentų rinkiniai neparduodami fiziniams arba juridiniams asmenims, bet kokiai kitai organizacijai arba fizinių ar juridinių asmenų grupei ir (ar) organizacijų grupėms, kurioms viešai prieinamais duomenimis taikomos tarptautinės sankcijos.
