Žemės ūkio ministerija primena, kad žemės ūkio subjektai, dalyvaujantys paramos priemonėse „Agrarinė aplinkosauga ir klimatas“ ir „Su „Natura 2000“ ir „Vandens pagrindų direktyva susijusios išmokos“ veikloje „Parama „Natura 2000“ žemės ūkio paskirties žemėje“ pagal Lietuvos kaimo plėtros 2014–2020 metų programą, taip pat kai kuriose klimatui, aplinkai bei gyvūnų gerovei naudingose sistemose (ekologinėse sistemose) ir valdoje naudojantys tręšiamuosius produktus, visiems tręšiamiems plotams privalo pildyti Tręšiamųjų produktų žurnalą per 20 darbo dienų nuo tokių produktų panaudojimo.
Žurnalas pildomas tik per Paraiškų priėmimo informacinę sistemą (PPIS). Dalyvaujantys minėtose paramos priemonėse, bet neužpildę žurnalo apie panaudotus tręšiamuosius produktus, dar turi galimybę juos užpildyti iki lapkričio 1 d.
Primename, kad dalyvaujantiems šiose paramos priemonėse ir neužpildžiusiems žurnalų apie panaudotus tręšiamuosius produktus, bus taikomos sankcijos, t. y. parama sumažinama 1 proc. nuo pagal paramos priemonę ar ekologinę sistemą apskaičiuotos paramos sumos.
Reikalavimai pildyti duomenis PPIS apie panaudotus tręšiamuosius produktus ir sankcijos dėl žurnalo neužpildymo nustatyti:
- dalyvaujantiems ekologinėse sistemose − Tiesioginių išmokų taisyklėse, kurias galima rasti čia.
- dalyvaujantiems priemonėje „Agrarinė aplinkosauga ir klimatas“ – paramos priemonės įgyvendinimo taisyklėse, kurias galima rasti čia.
