Pieno ir mėsos produktų gamintojai nuo šiol turės daugiau galimybių prisijungti prie Nacionalinės maisto kokybės sistemos. Jie galės rinktis tarp kelių gyvulių ganymo alternatyvų.
Iki šiol Nacionalinėje maisto kokybės sistemoje (NKP sistema) dalyvauti ir savo produkciją ženklinti ženklu „Kokybė“ ketinantiems ūkininkams buvo keliamas reikalavimas šiltuoju metų laiku ne trumpiau kaip 120 dienų per metus ganomus gyvulius laikyti lauke.
Dabar jie galės tvarte laikomus ganomus gyvulius ne trumpiau kaip 120 dienų per metus išleisti į atvirą erdvę (mociono aikšteles (diendaržius), ganyklas), jiems teikiant šviežiai nupjautą žolę pašarui. Pasirinkę šią alternatyvą ūkio subjektai turės būti įdiegę technologijas, mažinančias šiltnamio efektą sukeliančių dujų emisijas arba naudoti technologijas (bioreaktorius), skirtas mėšlo ir kitų ūkyje susidarančių gamybinių atliekų panaudojimui, todėl numatomas poveikio aplinkai mažinimas.
NKP sistemos galimybės
Tikimasi, kad ši galimybė rinktis paskatins ūkininkus gerinti gyvulių laikymo sąlygas ir leis ūkininkams paprasčiau veikti bei įsijungti į NKP sistemą, kuri Lietuvoje veikia nuo 2007 m. Pagal šią sistemą pagamintų produktų kokybė pranoksta Europos Sąjungos ir nacionaliniais teisės aktais nustatytus tokių produktų saugos, augalų ir gyvūnų gerovės, taip pat aplinkosaugos reikalavimus. Jie dėl tam tikrų ūkininkavimo ar gamybos būdų pasižymi ypatingomis savybėmis: natūralumu, maistingumu bei aplinkos tausojimu.
Nacionalinė maisto kokybės sistema apima šias produktų grupių specifikacijas: bitininkystės, grūdų, mėsos, paukštienos, pieno produktų, vaisių ir daržovių bei jų produktų, kiaušinių, cukrinės konditerijos ir šokolado bei nealkoholinių gėrimų, giros ir fermentuotų gėrimų.
Dalyvaujantys NKP sistemoje taip pat gali gauti valstybės paramą tiek gamybai ir prekiniam paruošimui, tiek ir informacijos apie kokybiškus žemės ūkio ir maisto produktus sklaidai, populiarinimo leidinių apie juos leidybai ir kt. išlaidoms. Didžiausia pagalbos suma vienų metų laikotarpiui perdirbėjui yra iki 14500 Eur, o didžiausia pagalbos suma pirminių produktų gamintojui per trejų finansinių metų laikotarpį – 25 tūkst. Eur. Didžiausia pagalbos suma kokybiškų produktų populiarinimui vienų metų laikotarpiui vienam pareiškėjui gali siekti iki 29 tūkst. Eur. Daugiau informacijos rasite čia.
