Šią savaitę darbą pradeda Zarasų profesinės mokyklos direktore išrinkta Olga Mazniova. Naujoji profesinės mokyklos vadovė konkurso būdu paskirta penkerių metų kadencijai.
„Tiek Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija, tiek socialiniai partneriai ir profesinės mokyklos bendruomenė kėlė aukštus standartus būsimam vadovui. Džiaugiamės, jog profesinė mokykla turės ambicingą ir iššūkius drąsiai priimančią lyderę, ir tikimės, kad naujoji vadovė prisidės prie profesinio mokymo sistemos plėtojimo ir profesinio mokymo kokybės gerinimo“, – sako švietimo, mokslo ir sporto viceministrė Agnė Kudarauskienė.
„Kad mokinys patirtų sėkmę, jam reikalinga saugi ir palaikanti aplinka, kurioje gera mokytis, siekti asmeninės brandos. Sieksiu, kad Zarasų profesinė mokykla išliktų gyvybinga ir atvira kiekvienam pajausti mokymosi ir bendravimo džiaugsmą, ugdyti gebėjimus, tobulėti, pažinti save ir kitus, didžiuotis savo kraštu ir bendruomene“, – sako O. Mazniova.
Pasak jos, kuriant atsinaujinusią ir šiuolaikišką Zarasų profesinę mokyklą, svarbu bendradarbiauti su visais profesinės mokyklos bendruomenės nariais, skatinti mokymuisi ir tobulėjimui patrauklią aplinką, mokinių ir profesijos mokytojų iniciatyvas veikti ir kurti kartu.
O. Mazniova vadovavo Visagino lopšeliui-darželiui „Auksinis gaidelis“, buvo profesijos mokytoja metodininkė Visagino technologijų ir verslo profesinio mokymo centre. O. Mazniova įgijusi magistro laipsnį Vilniaus dailės akademijoje, yra „Renkuosi mokytis“ programos alumnė.
Zarasų profesinėje mokykloje mokosi beveik 400 mokinių, dirba apie 80 darbuotojų.
