Balandžio 19-21 dienomis Ukrainoje lankosi Lietuvos Respublikos institucijų delegacija, kurią sudaro Užsienio reikalų ministerijos, Vyriausybės kanceliarijos ir Centrinės projektų valdymo agentūros atstovai.
Vizito metu Ukrainos bendruomenei ir žiniasklaidos atstovams buvo oficialiai pristatyta mobilioji gyvenvietė Borodiankoje, kurioje gyvens 36 namų netekusios šeimos. Lietuvos Respublikos ambasadorius Ukrainoje Valdemaras Sarapinas patikino dalyvius, kad Lietuva buvo ir bus su Ukraina kartu iki pergalės. Pristatyme dalyvavę Kyjivo srities karinės administracijos ir Borodiankos vietos valdžios atstovai padėkojo Lietuvai už suteiktą paramą ir palaikymą.
Tai tik vienas iš daugelio įgyvendinamų Lietuvos vystomojo bendradarbiavimo projektų Ukrainoje. Delegacija taip pat aplankė kitus Lietuvos įgyvendinamus Ukrainos atstatymo projektus: mokyklą Borodiankos gyvenvietėje ir vaikų darželį „Džiaugsmas“ Irpinėje. Šiuos objektus planuojama užbaigti iki naujųjų mokslo metų pradžios.
Lietuva viena iš pirmųjų pradėjo įgyvendinti Ukrainos infrastruktūros atstatymo projektus Ukrainoje. Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybė šiam tikslui skyrė daugiau nei 11 milijonų eurų.
