Žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas ir Nacionalinės mokėjimo agentūros (NMA) vadovas Fortunatas Dirginčius susitiko su Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnybos (STT) direktoriumi Linu Pernavu, kitais STT pareigūnais.
Ministras susitikime padėkojo STT pareigūnams už operatyvų bendradarbiavimą pradėjus korupcijos tyrimą NMA Kaimo plėtros, žuvininkystės programų ir nacionalinės paramos departamente bei galimos korupcijos apraiškų užkardymą. „Tai ne tik kelių užkirtimas galimai tolesnei nusikalstamai veikai šioje institucijoje, bet ir prevencinis signalas, kad tokie atvejai nesikartotų“, – sakė ministras K. Navickas.
Ministras atkreipė STT vadovybės dėmesį į vis dar pasitaikančius „politinio parašiutizmo“ atvejus, kai politinio pasitikėjimo pareigas ėję asmenys pasibaigus kadencijai pradeda dirbti pavaldžiose įstaigose. O tai gali kelti grėsmę skaidriai šių įstaigų veiklai.
Aptariant skubias ir ilgalaikes korupcijos prevencijos priemones NMA, jos vadovas F. Dirginčius akcentavo, kad NMA netoleruoja jokių korupcinio pobūdžio veikų ir deda visas pastangas, kad jos būtų užkardytos.
Šiuo metu NMA pradėtas konkretaus atvejo vidinis tyrimas, nušalinami susiję identifikuoti asmenys. Vyksta su tyrimu galimai susijusių projektų detali analizė, peržiūrimas pareiginių nuostatų ir paramos administravimo procesų suderinamumas. Siekiama užtikrinti „4 akių principo“ laikymosi kontrolę sprendimų priėmimo procese. NMA vyksta vidiniai auditai, darbuotojai skatinami aktyviai naudotis pasitikėjimo linija ir kt.
