Ūkininkai, užsiimantys pirmine žemės ūkio gamyba, žemės ūkio produktų perdirbimu, kurių ūkis 2023 m. vasarą nukentėjo nuo labai smarkaus vėjo, audros arba krušos, kviečiami pasinaudoti galimybe gauti palūkanų kompensaciją, kai palūkanos sumokėtos už paskolas investicijoms finansuoti ar apyvartinėms lėšoms papildyti. Paraiškų pateikimo terminas pratęsiamas iki 2024 m. gegužės 31 d.
„Atsižvelgdama į tai, kad ūkio subjektai, nukentėję nuo nepalankių meteorologinių reiškinių, susiduria su apyvartinių lėšų trūkumu ir sunkumais vykdydami prisiimtus ilgalaikius finansinius įsipareigojimus, ir siekdama sumažinti finansinę naštą ūkio subjektams, Žemės ūkio ministerija nusprendė atnaujinti paraiškų teikimą sudarant galimybę paraiškas teikti iki gegužės pabaigos“, – sako ministerijos Finansų ir biudžeto departamento Nacionalinės paramos skyriaus vedėja Sonata Bartkutė.
Kompensuojama 80 proc. sumokėtų palūkanų už imamas ar anksčiau paimtas paskolas, skirtas trumpalaikiam turtui įsigyti bei už paskolas investicijoms, susijusioms su ūkinių pastatų stogų remonto ir žemės ūkio veiklos finansavimu. Jei paskola skirta investicijoms, susijusioms su ūkinių pastatų stogų remontu, kompensuojamos palūkanos už ne ilgesnį kaip 3 metų laikotarpį, kitais atvejais – už 2 metų laikotarpį.
Dar vienas svarbus pakeitimas – nuspręsta kompensuoti palūkanas ne tik tose savivaldybėse, kuriose buvo paskelbta savivaldybės lygio ekstremali situacija, tačiau ir tose, kur buvo nustatytas stichinis meteorologinis reiškinys (labai smarkus vėjas, labai stipri audra ir (ar) labai stambi kruša), nuo kurio nukentėjo ūkio subjekto turtas, o ekstremali situacija paskelbta nebuvo.
Dėl gamtos reiškinių kai kuriose savivaldybėse pernai buvo sunaikinta arba stipriai nukentėjo ūkio subjektų auginami pasėliai, todėl buvo prarasta didelė dalis pajamų. Dažnu atveju ūkio subjektai pritrūksta lėšų apyvartai bei prisiimtiems ilgalaikiams įsipareigojimams vykdyti. Siekiant sumažinti finansinę naštą, nuspręsta kompensuoti palūkanas, sumokėtas ir už anksčiau nei 2023 m. rugpjūčio mėn. paimtas paskolas, skirtas ūkininkų veiklos investicijoms.
Palūkanų kompensacijos ūkininkams bus mokamos kartą per ketvirtį.
