Siekiant stiprinti vyresnio amžiaus žmonių žinias apie civilinę saugą ir jų pasirengimą galimoms grėsmėms, vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė ir Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamento (PAGD) direktorius Sauliaus Greičius pasirašė bendradarbiavimo susitarimą su didžiausiomis šalies senjorus vienijančiomis organizacijomis.
Bendradarbiavimas šviečiant šią svarbią visuomenės grupę vyks su Nacionaline trečiojo amžiaus universitetų asociacija,Lietuvos pagyvenusių žmonių asociacija, Nacionaline Bočių bendrijų asociacija, visuomenine organizacija „Senjorų pasaulis“.
„Senjorai yra tie, kurie dažnai turi sukaupę būtiniausių atsargų, reikalingų išgyvenimui nelaimės atveju. Iš jų galime pasimokyti, tačiau tuo pačiu jie yra ir pažeidžiamiausia grupė, kurios pasirengimo galimoms grėsmėms įgūdžius privalome stiprinti. Todėl labai svarbu, kad į bendrą gyventojų švietimo civilinės saugos srityje darbą įsitraukia ir didžiosios šalies senjorų organizacijos bei jungiasi prie besitęsiančios civilinės saugos kampanijos Esame komanda, turime planą“, – sako vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė.
Nors nemažas procentas 66–88 m. žmonių turi rūsį, tinkamą priedangai (išsiskiria lyginant su bendru gyventojų vidurkiu), tačiau, kur ieškoti informacijos apie pasiruošimą nelaimėms, žinotų tik 39 proc. senjorų, o kaip elgtis evakuacijos atveju – tik 37 proc. šios amžiaus grupės žmonių.
„Svarbu turėti planą nelaimės atveju bei ugdyti savo šeimos, savo artimųjų gebėjimą evakuotis. Atsargos, žinojimas kokiame artimiausiame statinyje galime pasislėpti – tai įgūdžiai, kurie nebuvo ugdomi. Turime būti pasiruošę išgyventi patys ne mažiau nei 72 valandas, stiprinti savisaugos kultūrą“, – sako Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamento civilinės saugos specialistas Donatas Gurevičius.
Anot ministrės A. Bilotaitės, bendradarbiavimo su senjorų organizacijomis metu bus svarbu ne tik didinti pasirengimo ekstremaliosioms situacijoms svetainės www.lt72.lt žinomumą, bet ir stengtis pasiekti vyresnius gyventojus jiems patogiausiomis priemonėmis – tiesiogiai dalijant medžiagą bei rengiant gyvus civilinės saugos specialistų mokymus. Senjorai aktyviau įsitrauks į valstybės lygios ir savivaldybėse rengiamas civilinės saugos pratybas, bendradarbiaus su parengties pareigūnais, kurių šiuo metu visoje Lietuvoje dirba jau virš 70.
Tikimasi, kad senjorai noriai dalyvaus ir Lietuvos Raudonojo kryžiaus draugijos civilinės saugos ekskursijose. Jų metu Lietuvos miestuose ir miesteliuose bus galima aplankyti visus civilinės saugos objektus, galimus surinkimo punktus evakuacijos atveju, gyventojų perspėjimo sirenų vietas ir pan.

Prieš metus Vidaus reikalų ministerija inicijavo plataus masto informacinę kampaniją „Esame komanda – turime planą“, kurti pasiekė daugiau nei 2 mln. šalies gyventojų, ekstremaliosioms situacijoms pasiruošti skirtos interneto svetainės www.lt72.lt lankomumas išaugo trigubai, o naujausia Vidaus reikalų ministerijos apklausa rodo, kad šią svetainę žino beveik 40 proc. gyventojų.
