Vidaus reikalų ministerija, būdama atsakinga už nacionalinę regioninę politiką ir siekdama sklandaus Regionų plėtros programos (RPP) įgyvendinimo, inicijavo tarpinstitucinės darbo grupės sudarymą.
Tikimasi, kad darbo grupės veikla paspartins būtinų sprendimų priėmimo procesus regionuose ir ministerijose. Balandžio mėnesį šios programos pažangą planuojama pristatyti Darnios plėtros komisijai prie Vyriausybės.
Pasak vidaus reikalų viceministro Arnoldo Abramavičiaus, šiandien jau 8 Regionų plėtros tarybos yra patvirtinusios savo regionų plėtros planus. Dar du regionai planuoja tai padaryti artimiausiu metu iki balandžio vidurio.
„Turime bendrą tikslą su vietos savivalda siekti darnios plėtros ir geresnio gyvenimo kokybės mūsų šalies regionuose. Procesas nėra paprastas ir lengvas, tačiau džiugu, kad jis juda į priekį. Regionų plėtros tarybos aktyviai konsultuojasi su ministerijomis rengdamos plėtros planų priemones. Didelę dalį regioninių pažangos priemonių finansavimo gairių projektų ministerijos yra parengusios ir jau derina, aptaria jas su regionų plėtros tarybomis ir savivaldybėmis“, – sako viceministras A. Abramavičius.
Pasak viceministro A. Abramavičiaus, Vidaus reikalų ministerija aktyviai bendradarbiauja su kitomis ministerijomis šioms rengiant gaires, vertinant regionų plėtros planus.
Šiuo metu yra patvirtintos 4 regioninių pažangos priemonių finansavimo gairės: dvi priemonės kuruojamos Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerijos, po vieną – iš Susisiekimo ir Aplinkos ministerijų.
Iš viso Regionų plėtros programoje – 14 regioninių pažangos priemonių. Likusių 10 pažangos priemonių gairės ministerijos planuoja patvirtinti iki šių metų liepos 1 d.
Dvi kuruojamos Vidaus reikalų ministerijos priemonės, tikimasi, bus patvirtintos iki balandžio 10 d. – šiuo metu vyksta derinimas su Vyriausybės kanceliarija.
Primename, kad Regionų plėtros tarybos dabar yra savarankiškos, o regionų plėtrai 2021-2027 metų finansiniam laikotarpiui skiriama Europos Sąjungos investicijų suma – 1,6 mlrd. Eur – rekordiškai didelė.
Regionai kartu su sprendimo teise įgyja ir didelę atsakomybę už tai, kad šios investicijos kurtų naudą mūsų žmonėms ir Lietuvai.
