Žemės ūkio ministerija rengiasi palengvinti ir patikslinti šiuo metu taikomus žemės ūkio veiklos valdymo reikalavimus laukinių paukščių apsaugos, maisto saugos ir ūkinių gyvūnų sveikatingumo srityse.
Tikslinamas laukinių paukščių apsaugos reikalavimas – atsisakoma draudimo Paukščiams svarbių teritorijų sluoksnyje žemės plotus keisti kitomis žemės ūkio naudmenomis, išskyrus pievomis. Šis sluoksnis buvo peržiūrėtas ir jame liko tik daugiametės pievos bei šlapynės, todėl toks apribojimas liko nebeaktualus.
Šis reikalavimas taip pat papildomas nurodant, kokie žoliniai augalai gali būti naudojami pievų persėjimui.
Jas leidžiama persėti žoliniais augalais, nurodytais Paramos už žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus bei gyvulius paraiškos ir tiesioginių išmokų administravimo bei kontrolės taisyklių žemės ūkio naudmenų ir kitų plotų klasifikatoriaus:
III grupėje Žoliniai azotą kaupiantys augalai ariamoje žemėje: dobilais, esparcetais, barkūnais, liucernomis, gargždeniais, ožiarūčiais, seradėlėmis, žolinių augalų mišiniais, kuriuose baltyminės žolės yra vyraujančios, azotą kaupiančių augalų mišiniais
arba
VI grupėje Daugiametės ganyklos arba pievos, daugiametės žolės (eraičinai, miglės, motiejukai, svidrės, smilgos, pašiaušėliai, avižuolės, šunažolės, visgės, erainčinsvidrės, dryžučiai, dirsuolės ir kt.) 5 metų ir daugiau atnaujintos einamaisiais metais, deklaruojant kodu DGA.
Jei plotai buvo suarti ir (ar) apsėti pasėliais, žemės ūkio veiklos subjektai toje pačioje vietoje turi atkurti daugiametę pievą iki einamųjų metų gruodžio 31 d.
Taip pat tikslinami visi ūkinių gyvūnų sveikatingumo reikalavimai.
Lietuvos Respublikos žemės ūkio ministro 2023 m. vasario 27 d. įsakymo Nr. 3D-109 „Dėl Žemės ūkio veiklos valdymo reikalavimų, taikomų nuo 2023 metų, aprašo patvirtinimo ir kontrolės institucijų paskyrimo“ pakeitimo projektas skelbiamas TAIS 10 darbo dienų. Jį galite rasti čia.
