Ukrainoje lankęsis ministras K. Navickas: „Kartu iki pergalės! Šią savaitę žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas kartu su Latvijos žemės ūkio ministru Didzis Šmits bei Estijos regionų reikalų ir žemės ūkio ministru Madis Kallas lankėsi Moldovoje ir Ukrainoje.
Moldovoje, susitikus su šios šalies žemės ūkio ir maisto pramonės ministru Vladimir Bolea, aptarti žemės ūkio reformos klausimai, Baltijos šalių pagalba Moldovos eurointegracijos srityje.
Vėliau visi ministrai Ukrainos agrarinės politikos ir maisto ministro Mykola Solskyi kvietimu lankėsi karo alinamoje Ukrainoje. Svarbiausios temos – pagalba Ukrainos žemės ūkiui, Juodosios jūros grūdų tranzito koridorius, karo padariniai infrastruktūrai ir pagalba Ukrainai bei jos gynėjams.
Ministrai apžiūrėjo uosto regione esančius terminalus, aptarė logistikos maršrutų iš Moldovos ir Ukrainos planavimą, atsižvelgiant į abiejų šalių pajėgumus gabenti eksportui į ES skirtus grūdus.
„Visapusiškai palaikome paramą Ukrainai tiek prekybos politikos priemonėmis, tiek ES ir Ukrainos infrastruktūros jungčių, tranzito per ES užtikrinimą, eksporto garantijų stiprinimą, investicijų pritraukimo skatinimą, nuosekliai vykdomą tolesnę šalies integraciją į ES vidaus rinką“, – sako ministras K. Navickas.
Karo padariniai Ukrainos infrastruktūrai
Delegacija apsilankė „Juodosios jūros uoste“, kuriame galima perkrauti 12 mln. tonų grūdų, tačiau šiuo metu jis tuščias. Okupantų tikslas – sudaryti trikdžius, kad ukrainietiški grūdai nebūtų eksportuojami. Per kurį uostą – “Odesos” ar “Pietinį” – bus transportuojami grūdai, renkasi Ukrainos valdžia, tačiau kiek laivų bus leista įplaukti, sprendžia Stambule esantis koordinacinis centras. Jį sudaro Jungtinių Tautų, Turkijos, Rusijos ir Ukrainos atstovai.
Nikolaivo mieste prie okupantų raketos sugriauto administracinio pastato ministrus pasitiko legendinis Nikolaivo srities vadovas Vitalijus Kimas. Ministrai susitiko ir už pasiaukojamą gynybą padėkojo vietos gynėjų brigadai. Išreikšdami solidarumą bei paramą Ukrainos ir mūsų laisvės gynėjams, brigados kariams ministrai perdavė iš Baltijos šalių atvežtus maisto davinius.
Delegacija aplankė ir Nikolaivo uostą, taip pat karo metu apgriautą ir apiplėštą vieną didžiausią Europoje pomidorų pastos gamyklą. Lietuvos garbės konsulo Nikolaivo srityje Serhiy Sypko entuziazmo dėka gamyklos teritorija jau sutvarkyta, o pati gamykla, nors ir sunkiomis sąlygomis, atstatinėjama.
Chersono srityje delagacija susitiko su jos vadovu Oleksandru Prokudinu, kuris aprodė ką tik išminuotą mokyklos teritoriją ir supažindino su planais, kaip atrodys aktyvioje fronto linijoje buvusio miestelio Posad Pokrovsk atstatymas.
