Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerija, atsižvelgusi į Istorijos mokytojų asociacijos prašymą, siūlo siaurinti vienos iš istorijos tarpinio patikrinimo temos apimtį. Atitinkamai būtų perskirstomi pasiekimų vertinimo užduočių taškai.
Anksčiau buvo nustatyta, kad mokiniai turi išmokti kursą iš trijų istorinių temų: „Istorikas, istorija ir istorinė kultūra“, „Valstybingumas: suverenitetas, idėjos, formos“ ir „Kultūra ir mokslas“. Istorijos mokytojų asociacija kreipėsi į ministeriją su prašymu sumažinti istorijos tarpinio patikrinimo vienos temos apimtis, argumentuodama, kad programa nauja, stinga jos įgyvendinimo patirties, o temos plačios, sudėtingos, be to, trūko vadovėlių ir kitų priemonių, kad mokiniai tinkamai ir laiku pasirengtų tarpiniam patikrinimui. Ministerija siūlo trečioje temoje palikti tik šešias pirmąsias potemes iki „Lietuvos visuomenės europeizacijos XIV–XVIII a.“. Siūloma, kad užduočių iš šių temų tarpiniame patikrinime nebūtų, o šias temas mokiniai ramiai baigtų išanalizuoti per pamokas jau po tarpinio patikrinimo.
Keičiasi ir vertinimo procentai. Iki šiol buvo nustatyta pirmajai temai daugiausia skirti 20 proc. įvertinimo taškų, antrajai – 45, o trečiajai – 35. Po susitarimo mokiniai galės surinkti tokius procentinius įvertinimus: už pirmosios temos užduočių atsakymus – 20 proc., antrosios – 60 proc., trečiosios – 20 proc.
„Susitarimas dėl istorijos tarpinio patikrinimo užduoties apimties pakeitimo parodo, jog ŠMSM gali iš naujo įvertinti susidariusią situaciją dėl atnaujino ugdymo turinio įgyvendinimo. Pagrindiniai sunkumai, kuriuos įvardijo mokytojai, yra didelė istorijos bendrosios programos III gimnazijos klasėje turinio apimtis ir laiko stoka. Pasiektas susitarimas padės sumažinti emocinę įtampą, tvyrančią istorijos mokytojų bendruomenėje dėl pasiruošimo tarpiniam patikrinimui, ir atvers kelią tolesniam konstruktyviam bendradarbiavimui“, – sako Lietuvos istorijos mokytojų asociacijos Tarybos pirmininkas Giedrius Mackevičius.
Jam taip pat pritaria istorijos mokytojas, Lietuvos istorijos mokytojų asociacijos Vilniaus skyriaus pirmininkas Antanas Jonušas: „Vasarį Kaune įvykusioje Lietuvos istorijos mokytojų konferencijoje įvardijome, kad naujoji programa yra taisytina, jos turinio apimtis yra kokybiškai kone neaprėpiama. Nuogąstavome, kad laiko tinkamai ir iki galo pasiruošti tarpiniam patikrinimui stinga. Buvo suformuluoti du reikalavimai: taisyti vidurinio ugdymo istorijos programą ir koreguoti tarpinio patikrinimo užduotis, šiemet sumažinant jo turinio apimtį. Ministerija greitai sureagavo, pakvietė į profesionalų, konstruktyvų pokalbį. Pakeitimas, dėl kurio buvo sutarta, tenkina Lietuvos istorijos mokytojų asociacijos išreikštą mokytojų poreikį ir jau šiandien palengvina pasiruošimą tarpiniam patikrinimui tiek mokiniams, tiek mokytojams. Žinoma, šis sprendimas iš esmės nesprendžia visų su istorijos mokymu 11-12 klasėse susijusių problemų, ieškant tvarių sprendimų dar reikės nuveikti nemažai darbų. Tačiau pasiektas sprendimas džiugina – jis yra tai, ko reikėjo būtent šiandien“.
Keitimai galiotų tik šių metų istorijos tarpiniam patikrinimui. Šį patikrinimą mokiniai laikys gegužės 7 dieną.
Ministro įsakymo projektas „Dėl Priešmokyklinio, pradinio, pagrindinio ir vidurinio ugdymo bendrųjų programų patvirtinimo“ paskelbtas Seimo teisės aktų informacinėje sistemoje TAIS. Su juo visuomenė gali susipažinti ir per 5 dienas pateikti savo pastabas.
