Vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė susitiko su šalies nekilnojamojo turto vystytojais, architektų atstovais ir aptarė bendradarbiavimo galimybes civilinės saugos srityje bei priedangų įrengimo klausimus šiuo metu projektuojamuose, taip pat jau esamuose statiniuose.
„Civilinė sauga šiuo laikmečiu aktuali ir privačiam sektoriui, ne tik valstybės ir savivaldybių institucijoms, ar nevyriausybiniam sektoriui. Verslo organizacijos, ypač nekilnojamojo turto ir statybų verslas gali prisidėti prie gyventojų didesnio saugumo. Naujas Statybos reglamentas nustato reikalavimus, kaip turi būti projektuojamos ir įrengiamos priedangos naujuose pastatuose. Naujiems statiniams šie reikalavimai privalomi, todėl labai svarbu buvo aptarti, kaip būtų galima spręsti aktualius klausimus spartinant priedangų įrengimo procesą, išgirdome daug idėjų“, – sakė vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė.
Susitikime aptartos ir priedangų įrengimo galimybės senų daugiabučių namų modernizavimo metu, tai pat aktyvesnis požeminių automobilių stovėjimo aikštelių panaudojimas ar naujų įrengimas galimoms priedangoms. Daugiabučių namų atnaujinimo (modernizavimo) programoje yra numatyta, kad vykdant daugiabučio namo renovaciją kartu galės būti atliekamas rūsio pritaikymas priedangai.
Anot ministrės A. Bilotaitės, Vidaus reikalų ministerija balandžio pabaigoje išsiuntė susiinteresuotoms institucijoms derinti Civilinės saugos stiprinimo ir plėtros programą, kuri bus teikiama tvirtinti Seimui. Viena jos prioritetinių krypčių – priedangų infrastruktūros plėtra.
Priedangų įrengimui (naujų ir esamų modernizavimui) iš viso kasmet konkurso būdu numatoma skirti po 8 mln. eurų. Programoje numatyta tobulinti reguliavimą ir įtvirtinti tris priedangų kategorijas pagal jų suteikiamos apsaugos lygį. Pagal tai bus atliekamas esamų priedangų priskyrimas vienai iš trijų kategorijų.
Per 2 metus Vidaus reikalų ministerijos iniciatyva kartu su savivaldybėmis Lietuvoje sukurtas 3817 priedangų tinklas gyventojų apsaugai oro pavojaus atveju, kitų ekstremaliųjų situacijų metu. Jose tilptų apie 1 032 tūkst. šalies gyventojų (apie 36 proc.). Bendras tikslas – kad savivaldybėse būtų priedangų tiek, kad jose užtektų vietos ne mažiau kaip 50 proc. gyventojų (60 proc. – miestų savivaldybėse, 40 proc. – rajonų savivaldybėse).
Vidaus reikalų ministerija skatina gyventojus įsirengti ir asmenines priedangas. Rekomendacijos, kaip gyventojai savo namų rūsyje galėtų įsirengti asmeninę priedangą, skelbiamos pasirengimo ekstremaliosioms situacijoms svetainėje www.lt72.lt.
Gyventojų apklausos duomenimis, priedangai savo rūsį yra pritaikę 28 proc. gyventojų.
Susitikime dalyvavo Lietuvos nekilnojamojo turto plėtros asociacijos, Lietuvos architektų rūmų, Lietuvos statybininkų asociacijos, Aplinkos ministerijos ir kiti statybų srities atstovai.
