Alytaus padangų perdirbimo įmonėje „Ekologistika“ kilusio gaisro, kurio metu į aplinką pateko įvairių teršalų, atliktas biomedicininis tyrimas parodė, kad platų atgarsį visuomenėje sukėlusi nelaimė galimai nesukėlė poveikio vietos gyventojų ir ugniagesių-gelbėtojų sveikatai. Potencialios taršos zonoje atsidūrusių žmonių tyrimų duomenys – cheminių medžiagų koncentracijos organizmuose, sveikatos nusiskundimai ir lėtinės ligos – nesiskyrė nuo bendros Lietuvos populiacijos rodiklių, o gauti cheminių medžiagų koncentracijos organizmuose rodikliai buvo labai panašūs arba mažesni palyginus su kitų šalių gyventojų ar ugniagesių-gelbėtojų analogiškais rodikliais.
„Atliktas tyrimas ir jo rezultatai yra labai svarbūs ir reikšmingi, nes tai pirmas epidemiologinis tyrimas, kurį atliekant nustatytos ir palygintos pavojingų cheminių medžiagų koncentracijos atsitiktinai atrinktų Lietuvos gyventojų ir ugniagesių-gelbėtojų biologinėse terpėse (kraujyje, šlapime). Gaisrui būdingos cheminės medžiagos dėl plataus įvairių cheminių medžiagų vartojimo pramonėje, buityje ir teršalų susidarymo net ir nesant gaisrui yra mūsų aplinkoje, žmonės šių medžiagų gauna su maistu, geriamuoju vandeniu ar įkvepiamu oru, todėl svarbu žinoti, kiek šių medžiagų yra susikaupę žmonių organizmuose. Lietuvoje anksčiau biologinė stebėsena nebuvo vykdoma, tad nustatytų pavojingų cheminių medžiagų koncentracijos Lietuvos gyventojų organizmuose nebuvo žinomos“, – teigia Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos Visuomenės sveikatos departamento Sveikatos saugos skyriaus patarėja Dalia Žukienė.
Gaisras padangų perdirbimo įmonėje „Ekologistika“ kilo 2019 m. spalio 16 d. ir truko ilgiau nei savaitę. Nelaimė sukėlė didelį visuomenės susirūpinimą, nes padangų degimo metu išsiskiria daugybė teršalų: benzenas ir policikliniai aromatiniai angliavandeniliai (PAA), polichlorinti dibenzo-p-dioksinai (PCDD) ir dibenzofuranai (PCDF) ir polichlorinti bifenilai (PCB), taip pat kai kurie metalai ir metaloidai, tokie kaip arsenas, kadmis, nikelis, cinkas, gyvsidabris, chromas ir vanadis. Šių teršalų išmetimas į aplinką gali sukelti ūmų ir lėtinį pavojų šalia gaisro gyvenančių gyventojų sveikatai.
Įvertinti gaisro poveikį gyventojų sveikatai padėjo biomedicininis tyrimas, kurį 2020–2023 m. atliko Nacionalinė visuomenės sveikatos priežiūros laboratorija (NVSPL), Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universiteto Neuromokslų instituto Toksikologijos laboratorija ir Lietuvos Respublikos vidaus reikalų ministerijos Medicinos centras, bendradarbiaudami su Priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo departamentu ir Nacionaliniu visuomenės sveikatos centru prie Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos.
Buvo tirti pavojingų medžiagų poveikį galimai patyrę Alytaus miesto ir Alytus rajono gyventojai, o gauti rezultatai palyginti su kitų, šio gaisro nepaveiktų, Lietuvos miestų ir rajonų (Vilniaus, Kauno, Klaipėdos, Šiaulių) gyventojų rezultatais. Taip pat tirti ugniagesiai-gelbėtojai. Gaisrą gesinusių ugniagesių-gelbėtojų rezultatai buvo palyginti su šio gaisro negesinusių ugniagesių-gelbėtojų bei kitų Lietuvos miestų ir rajonų gyventojų rezultatais. Iš viso tyrime dalyvavo 341 žmogus.
Gauti rezultatai parodė, kad 94–100 proc. tiriamųjų organizmuose visų analizuotų cheminių medžiagų – PAA, PCDDs, PCDFs ir dalies PCB – koncentracijos buvo žemiau nustatymo ribos, gauti rezultatai labai panašūs arba mažesni palyginus su kitų šalių gyventojų ar ugniagesių rezultatais. Galima manyti, kad daugeliu atveju žemiau nustatymo ribos gauti rezultatai liudija apie mažą aplinkos taršą šiomis medžiagomis.
Metalų ir metaloidų – švino, gyvsidabrio, kadmio, arseno, chromo, cinko – koncentracijos tiriamųjų kraujyje ir šlapime reikšmingai nesiskyrė nei tarp Alytaus r., Alytaus m. ir kitų Lietuvos miestų ir rajonų tiriamųjų, nei tarp gaisrą įmonėje „Ekologistika“ gesinusių ir negesinusių ugniagesių- gelbėtojų, ir nėra susijusios su gaisro padariniais.
Nustatyti tiriamųjų ir ugniagesių-gelbėtojų sveikatos nusiskundimai ir lėtinės ligos yra dažnos tarp Lietuvos gyventojų, ypač vyresnio amžiaus, ir nėra sietinos su gaisro padangų perdirbimo įmonėje „Ekologistika“ padariniais.
„Biologinės stebėsenos duomenys tiesiogiai atspindi cheminių medžiagų patekimą iš įvairių taršos šaltinių skirtingais patekimo į organizmą keliais ir sukeliamą biologinę naštą žmogaus organizmui bei parodo ar tarša ir taršos šaltiniai yra pakankamai ir tinkamai kontroliuojami. Todėl biologinė stebėsena kartu su aplinkos (oro, vandens, maisto, kt.) stebėsena yra labai svarbi priemonė aplinkos sveikatos politikos formavimui ir jos veiksmingumui vertinti, kadangi parodo taršos poveikio geografiją, leidžia palyginti skirtingas gyventojų grupes ir identifikuoti pažeidžiamas gyventojų ar profesines grupes“, – sako NVSPL Cheminių tyrimų skyriaus vedėjo pavaduotoja Toma Petrulionienė.
Tyrimo ataskaitoje pateiktos rekomendacijos valstybės institucijoms, įmonėms, kitoms suinteresuotoms organizacijoms – pagal kompetenciją organizuoti, rengti ir įgyvendinti taršos prevencijos ir mažinimo priemones, teikti rekomendacijas visuomenei, o gyventojams – laikytis teikiamų rekomendacijų ir jas vykdyti; sudaryti būtinų ištirti cheminių medžiagų ir jų metabolitų sąrašą, patvirtinti jų tyrimo metodus ir referentines vertes; vykdyti reguliarią būtinų ištirti cheminių medžiagų ir jų metabolitų stebėseną gyventojų bioterpėse; valdyti profesinės rizikos veiksnius, plėtoti bendradarbiavimą su kitų šalių ir nacionalinėmis institucijomis, vertinančiomis cheminių medžiagų keliamą riziką žmogaus sveikatai. Tam kad cheminių medžiagų mūsų organizmuose nedaugėtų, turime visi kolektyviai ir asmeniškai prisidėti prie taršos mažinimo.
