Policijos profesinės sąjungos išplatintame pranešime nurodyta informacija apie tai, kad pareigūnų reabilitacijai nėra skirta lėšų, neatitinka tikrovės.
„Policijos profesinės sąjungos pirmininkės pasisakymai neatitinka tikrovės ir klaidina pareigūnus. Tokie vieši teiginiai NATO vadovų viršūnių susitikimo išvakarėse kelia labai rimtų klausimų dėl profsąjungos vadovybės situacijos suvokimo. Pareigūnų motyvacija ir lojalumu tarnybai, valstybei bei duotai priesaikai nė kiek neabejojame!“, – teigia vidaus reikalų ministrė Agnė Bilotaitė.
Pažymime, kad šiuo metu reabilitacijos paslaugas vidaus reikalų sistemos pareigūnams teikia trys įstaigos: Vidaus reikalų ministerijos Medicinos centras, viešoji įstaiga „Dainava“ ir viešoji įstaiga „Pušynas“.
VRM Medicinos centre šiais metais numatoma suteikti reabilitacijos paslaugas daugiau nei 1000 pareigūnų.
Šiais metais reabilitacijos paslaugas VRM Medicinos centre jau gavo 727 pareigūnai. Všį „Pušynas“ reabilitacijos paslaugos suteiktos 158 pareigūnams (iki metų pabaigos paslaugas turi gauti dar 27 pareigūnai); VšĮ „Dainava“ – 120 pareigūnų.
2019–2022 m. Medicinos centre suteiktos reabilitacijos paslaugos 3 044 pareigūnams, viešojoje įstaigoje „Dainava“ – 1 223 pareigūnams, viešojoje įstaigoje „Pušynas“ – 1 378 pareigūnams.
Reabilitacijos paslaugoms teikti yra skiriami asignavimai kiekvienais metais iš VRM vykdomos strateginio veiklos plano programoje numatytų lėšų.
Siekiant įgyvendinti programos uždavinį – užtikrinti pareigūnų papildomų medicininės reabilitacijos paslaugų kokybę ir prieinamumą 2023 m., kaip ir kasmet, be Medicinos centre teikiamų pareigūnams reabilitacijos paslaugų, reabilitacijos paslaugoms suteikti viešosiose įstaigose „Dainava“ ir „Pušynas“ yra skirta 250 tūkst. eurų. Todėl reabilitacijos paslaugos pareigūnams yra nuolat teikiamos.
Vidaus reikalų ministerija pateikė Vyriausybei derinti atnaujintą Vidaus tarnybos statuto pakeitimo įstatymo projektą, kuriuo siekiama gerinti vidaus tarnybos valdymą.
Projektu numatyta tobulinti ir pareigūnų reabilitacijos modelį, siekiant užtikrinti didesnį pareigūnams reikalingų reabilitacijos paslaugų prieinamumą ir šių paslaugų finansavimo tvarumą.
Planuojama, kad įvykdžius rekonstrukcijos darbus naujose VRM Medicinos centro Trakų filialo patalpose per metus bus galimybė suteikti reabilitacijos paslaugas iki 2 500 pareigūnų, kas iš esmės atitinka dabartinį reabilitacijos poreikį.
Pareigūnų darbo sąlygų gerinimas, jų motyvacijos didinimas – vienas svarbiausių šios Vyriausybės programos uždavinių.
