Lietuvos Respublikos nesąžiningos prekybos praktikos žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų tiekimo grandinėje draudimo įstatymas įsigaliojo prieš dvejus metus. Juo į Lietuvos nacionalinę teisę buvo perkeltos Europos Sąjungos direktyvų nuostatos dėl įmonių vienų kitoms taikomos nesąžiningos prekybos praktikos žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų tiekimo grandinėje.
Šio įstatymo priežiūros institucija paskirta VšĮ Kaimo verslo ir rinkų plėtros agentūra. Agentūra, siekdama įvertinti nustatytų teisinių priemonių veiksmingumą, atlieka pirkėjų bei tiekėjų, kuriems minėtas įstatymas taikomas įvairiais žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų tiekimo grandinės etapais, apklausą.
Remiantis gautais apklausos rezultatais bus atitinkamai tobulinamos įstatymo nuostatos, todėl visi raginami aktyviai dalyvauti apklausoje ir teikti pasiūlymus.
