Žemės ūkio ministras Kęstutis Navickas, Žemės ūkio ministerijoje susitikęs su Ukrainos ūkininkų delegacija, aptarė ukrainietiškų grūdų eksporto ir tranzito per Lietuvą galimybes.
Per ES šalis tranzitu ukrainietiška produkcija keliauja nuo tada, kai Rusija užblokavo Ukrainos tradicinius Juodosios jūros laivybos kelius. Rusijai pasitraukus iš Juodosios jūros susitarimo, eksportas šia jūra beveik sustojo, tad ukrainiečiai aktyviai ieško sausumos kelių.
Didžiausios Ukrainos žemdirbių organizacijos – Ukrainos žemės ūkio tarybos – pirmininkas Andrėjus Dykunas ir jos nariai – Vidurio Ukrainos ūkininkas Keisas Huizinga ir rusų okupuotoje Zaporižioje ūkį turėjęs Sergejus Šarapovas Lietuvoje lankosi jau ne pirmą kartą.
Pasak Ukrainos ūkininkų, grūdų eksportas – tai pinigai, o pinigai labai reikalingi Ukrainai, kariaujančiai sekinantį karą su agresore Rusija.
Ukraina yra paprašiusi Europos Komisijos prisidėti prie dalinio transporto sąnaudų kompensavimo už grūdų pervežimą per ES teritoriją iki uostų. Būtent dėl logistinių problemų grūdai užsilieka ES ir čia muša kainas, o tai kelia vietinių ūkininkų nepasitenkinimą.
Briuselyje vykusiame ES žemės ūkio ir žuvininkystės tarybos posėdyje ministras K. Navickas kreipėsi į EK ir šalių narių atstovus ragindamas padėti Ukrainai eksportuoti grūdus, išnaudojant visus prieinamus transporto koridorius. Taryba turėtų svarstyti dėl subsidijų grūdų transportavimui, kad būtų galima išvežti ukrainietiškus grūdus per Lenkijos, Lietuvos, Latvijos, Vokietijos uostus, taip pakeičiant Juodosios jūros grūdų kelią. Baltijos jūros uostai turi didelius birių žemės ūkio produktų pervežimo pajėgumus ir gali padėti Ukrainos grūdams pasiekti šalis, kurioms jų reikia.
Ieškodami galimybių, kaip per Lietuvą eksportuoti ukrainietiškus grūdus, ukrainiečiai taip pat susitiko su Seimo Ekonomikos, Kaimo reikalų ir Užsienio reikalų komitetų nariais, jie lankysis Klaipėdos jūrų uoste.
Kaip informavo ukrainiečius lydintis Lietuvos grūdų perdirbėjų asociacijos prezidentas Aušrys Macijauskas, antradienį Dotnuvoje vyks susitikimas ir su Lietuvos žemdirbiais. Ukrainiečiams labai svarbu sulaukti jų pritarimo, kad nekiltų panašių problemų kaip Lenkijoje, kur dėl ukrainietiškų grūdų vyko žemdirbių protestai. Mūsų žemdirbių teigimu, turi būti užtikrinta grūdų tranzito kontrolė, kad į Lietuvą įvažiavę grūdai ir išvažiuotų iš jos, neliktų šalyje.
