Startuoja naujos paramos priemonės – Energetikos ministerija paskelbė kvietimą teikti paraiškas gauti finansavimą saulės ir vėjo elektrinių įsirengimo išlaidų daliai padengti. Šiai paramai iš Ekonomikos gaivinimo ir atsparumo didinimo priemonės „Naujos kartos Lietuva“ lėšų bus skirta per 80 mln. Eur. Šių metų rugpjūtį taip pat bus paskelbtas kvietimas už beveik 6 mln. Eur teikti paraiškas individualiems kaupimo įrenginiams įsirengti.
Saulės jėgainės
Finansavimą saulės elektrinių iki 500 kW įrengtosios galios įsirengimo išlaidų daliai padengti gali gauti ne trumpiau nei vienerius metus veiklą vykdančios atsinaujinančių išteklių energijos (AIE) bendrijos, įmonės ir ūkininkai.
Saulės elektrinių projektams įgyvendinti skirta 63,7 mln. eurų.
Saulės elektrinės įrengimo projekto suma bus skaičiuojama pagal fiksuotojo vieneto įkainį – 896,72 Eur/1kW saulės elektrinės įrengtosios galios. Įmonės, ūkininkai ir bendrijos, kurių bent vienas dalininkas yra įmonė arba ūkininkas, galės gauti finansavimą, siekiantį iki 35 proc. nuo pagal įkainį paskaičiuotos sumos, kitos bendrijos – iki 45 proc.
Paraiškos finansavimui bus atrenkamos konkurso būdu, pirmumo balai bus teikiami bendrijoms, tiems pareiškėjams, kurie prie projekto prisidės didesniu nuosavu įnašu, tai yra prašys mažesnio nei galima maksimali 35 proc. arba 45 proc. finansavimo dalis, taip pat pareiškėjams, kurie paraiškos teikimo metu jau turės elektros tinklų operatoriaus išduotas elektrinės prijungimo prie elektros energijos skirstomųjų tinklų sąlygas arba Valstybinės energetikos reguliavimo tarybos išduotą leidimą plėtoti elektros energijos gamybos pajėgumus. Bus finansuojami tik gamintojų projektai, tai yra tų pareiškėjų, kuriems elektros tinklų operatoriaus išduotos elektrinės prijungimo prie elektros energijos skirstomųjų tinklų sąlygos skirtos gamintojui.
Paraiškas finansavimui gauti galima teikti iki 2023 m. rugpjūčio 22 d. 17 val., užpildant elektronines formas.
Vėjo jėgainės
Paraiškas vėjo elektrinių iki 3 MW įrengtosios galios įrengimo išlaidų daliai padengti gali teikti labai mažos, mažos įmonės, AIE ir piliečių energetikos bendrijos bei ūkininkai.
Vėjo elektrinių projektams įgyvendinti skirta 18 mln. eurų.
Pareiškėjai galės įsirengti iki 6 MW vėjo elektrinę, tačiau remiama projekto veikla – iki 3 MW įrengtosios galios elektrinių įrengimas. Vėjo elektrinės projekto suma bus skaičiuojama pagal fiksuotojo vieneto įkainį – 1608,65 Eur/1kW vėjo elektrinės įrengtosios galios. Labai mažos, mažos įmonės, ūkininkai, atitinkantys labai mažos ar mažos įmonės kriterijus, galės gauti iki 35 proc. paramos intensyvumą, o bendrijos – iki 45 proc. Vėjo elektrinės turės būti įrengtos per 30 mėn.
Parama bus teikiama gaminantiems savo ar ūkio poreikiams, o ne gaminantiems vartotojams. Kartu su paraiška taip pat turės būti pateiktas leidimas plėtoti elektros energijos gamybos pajėgumus arba prijungimo sąlygos. Jei šių dokumentų neturima, nuo paraiškos patvirtinimo bus suteikiamas 3 mėn. laikotarpis juos gauti.
Paraiškos finansavimui bus atrenkamos konkurso būdu. Pirmumo balai bus teikiami: bendrijoms; pareiškėjams, kurie prie projekto prisidės didesniu nuosavu įnašu; taip pat pareiškėjams, kurie paraiškos teikimo metu jau turės elektros tinklų operatoriaus išduotas prijungimo sąlygas arba Valstybinės energetikos reguliavimo tarybos išduotą leidimą plėtoti gamybos pajėgumus.
Paraiškas finansavimui gauti galima teikti iki 2023 m. rugpjūčio 29 d. 17 val., užpildant elektronines formas.
