Žemės ūkio ministerijos užsakymu atliekamas tyrimas, kuriuo siekiama nustatyti ir įvertinti pagrindines priežastis, stabdančias pareiškėjus nuo savarankiško žemės ūkio naudmenų ir kitų plotų bei ūkinių gyvūnų deklaravimo.
Savarankiškas deklaravimas yra tuomet, kai paraiška teikiama pareiškėjo savarankiškai, užpildant paraiškos elektroninę formą ir per elektroninių valdžios vartų portalą prisijungus prie paraiškų priėmimo informacinės sistemos (PPIS).
Prašome visų pareiškėjų, tiek tų, kurie žemės ūkio naudmenas ir kitus plotus bei ūkinius gyvūnus deklaruoja savarankiškai, tiek tų, kurie deklaruoja su savivaldybių ar seniūnijų žemės ūkio specialistų pagalba, skirti iki 15 minučių klausimyno užpildymui ir pasidalinti savo patirtimi, susijusia su deklaravimo procesu.

Apklausos klausimyną prašome užpildyti iki šių metų birželio 5 d. (imtinai).
Apklausa yra anoniminė. Visi pateikti atsakymai bus naudojami tik tyrimo tikslais ir tik apibendrinta forma. Tyrimą atlieka ir apklausą vykdo UAB „ESTEP Vilnius“.
