- Kodėl sukurta antroji konkursinė eilė?
Antroji konkursinė eilė – Švietimo, mokslo ir sporto ministerijos aukštojo mokslo prieinamumo didinimo plano dalis, jis rengtas kartu su socialiniais partneriais, aukštosiomis mokyklomis. Taip siekiama sudaryti kuo geresnes sąlygas visiems jaunuoliams, kurie yra pasirengę studijoms, ateiti į aukštąsias mokyklas. Socialinė aplinka neturi tapti kliūtimi siekti aukštojo mokslo.
- Kas gali pretenduoti?
Antrąja konkursine eile galės naudotis stojantieji iš labai mažas pajamas gaunančių šeimų, ne vyresni kaip 25 m. našlaičiai, globotiniai, turintieji 45 proc. ar mažesnį dalyvumo lygį arba sunkaus ar vidutinio neįgalumo lygį, taip pat trumpųjų studijų absolventai ir turintieji bent 24 mėn. praktinės veiklos patirties. Praktine veikla laikoma ir karo tarnyba.
- Kas įskaitoma į praktinės veiklos patirtį?
Į praktinės veiklos patirtį įskaitomas pastarųjų 3 metų darbas pagal darbo sutartį, savanoriška veikla pagal savanoriškos veiklos sutartį, atlikta nuolatinė privalomoji pradinė karo tarnyba, profesinė karo tarnyba ir savanoriška nenuolatinė karo tarnyba. Karo tarnybai netaikomas 3 metų laikotarpio reikalavimas, sumuojamos tarnybos dienos. Tai yra, jei karo prievolė atlikta daugiau nei prieš trejus metus, ir ji truko ne trumpiau nei 24 mėn., stojantysis turės teisę dalyvauti antroje konkursinėje eilėje.
- Kokie reikalavimai keliami pretenduojantiesiems į antrą konkursinę eilę?
Keliami tokie patys akademinio pasirengimo reikalavimai, kaip ir visiems stojantiesiems. Tai yra:
- išlaikyti trys valstybiniai brandos egzaminai: lietuvių kalbos ir literatūros, matematikos (stojant į menus jo nereikia) ir stojančiojo laisvai pasirinktas (baigus trumposios pakopos studijas, jo rinktis nebūtina);
- pasiektas aukštųjų mokyklų nustatytas mažiausias konkursinis balas.
Šalia šių dviejų akademinio pasirengimo reikalavimų svarbu atitikti vieną iš šių kriterijų:
- gaunama socialinė pašalpa;
- našlaitis, globotinis;
- 45 proc. ar mažesnis dalyvumo lygis arba sunkus ar vidutinis neįgalumo lygis;
- baigtos trumposios pakopos studijos arba įgyta praktinės veiklos patirtis.
- Kas yra trumposios pakopos studijos?
Dar 2022 m. kolegijose pradėtos trumposios pakopos studijos – alternatyvus kelias į aukštąjį mokslą. Šios studijos aktualiausios įgijusiesiems profesinį išsilavinimą ir norintiesiems tęsti studijas aukštosiose mokyklose, taip pat patiriantiesiems finansinių sunkumų – jos leidžia greičiau įgyti kvalifikaciją ir iškart pradėti profesinę karjerą. Trumposios pakopos studijos trunka iki 1,5 metų, jų metu įgyjamas kvalifikaciją suteikiantis diplomas.
- Kaip bus sudaroma antroji eilė? Ar kuris nors kriterijus, pavyzdžiui, praktinė darbo patirtis, turės daugiau svertų nei kiti?
Visi socialinės dimensijos kriterijai yra lygiaverčiai ir nei vienas neturės didesnio svorio nei kiti. Svarbu atitikti vieną iš jų.
- Kiek pirmakursių numatoma priimti pagal antrą konkursinę eilę?
Antrajai konkursinei eilei sudaryti numatyta ne mažiau kaip 10 proc. viso valstybės finansavimo pirmosios pakopos ir vientisųjų studijų vietoms. Tai leis pagal antrąją konkursinę eilę priimti beveik 1,3 tūkst. studentų iš socialiai jautrios aplinkos, jie studijuos nemokamai.
- Kaip pretenduoti?
Kaip ir visi stojantieji, taip ir pretenduojantieji į antrą konkursinę eilę, prašymus galės teikti nuo birželio 1 d., užsiregistravę bendrojo priėmimo informacinėje sistemoje (BPIS) tinklalapyje www.lamabpo.lt.
Pildant anketą, kuri yra neatsiejama prašymo dalis, reikės nurodyti, kad asmuo turi teisę pretenduoti į antrą konkursinę eilę, t. y. atitinka bent vieną iš antrosios konkursinės eilės kriterijų. Duomenys apie šiuos kriterijus bus gaunamiiš Švietimo valdymo informacinės sistemos. Jei tokių duomenų nepakaks, tuomet stojančiojo bus paprašyta tai įrodančių dokumentų skenuotas kopijas įkelti į BPIS.
- Jei negausiu valstybės finansuojamos studijų vietos antrojoje konkursinėje eilėje, ar galėsiu dalyvauti konkurse į pirmosios konkursinės eilės valstybės finansuojamas studijų vietas?
Taip, visi užsiregistravusieji BPIS ir pateikusieji prašymą dalyvaus abiejose konkursinėse eilėse. Turintieji socialinės dimensijos požymį pirmiausia konkuruos antrojoje konkursinėje eilėje ir jei joje negaus kvietimo į valstybės finansuojamą studijų vietą, tuomet dalyvaus bendrame konkurse su visais stojančiaisiais.
- Ar turėsiu pildyti atskirą prašymą į pirmą konkursinę eilę, jei negausiu pakvietimo studijuoti pagal antrąją eilę?
Ne, nieko papildomai pildyti nereikės. Konkurse dalyvaus visi stojantieji, užsiregistravę bendrojo priėmimo sistemoje ir užpildę savo pageidavimus.
